Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will explain repair processes, coordinate rental and towing, and ensure smooth communication throughout the repair journey.

The role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic shop environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes and insurance information.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow services for one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup staff.
• Support DRP assignments, schedule estimates and repairs, and track rates.
• Maintain waiting area and assist with invoicing reconciliation as needed.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.
