Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to assist with the repair process, insurance information, and coordination of rental cars and towing services. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The CSR will maintain DRP records, assist with invoices and scheduling, and ensure a clean waiting area with comfortable amenities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance information.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services for one-stop service.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimates and repair appointments, and capture rates.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and reconcile invoices daily.
• Keep customer waiting area clean and ensure comfort items are available.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
