Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in Atlanta, GA. The CSR will educate clients about the repair process, insurance claims, and scheduling, while coordinating rental cars and tow services to deliver seamless one-stop support.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes, including insurance claim information.
• Coordinate rental car and tow providers to deliver one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers via the service advisor.
• Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimates, and repair appointments.
• Maintain DRP logs and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices.
• Keep customer waiting area clean and stocked.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
