Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers at our location. You will explain the repair process, coordinate rental and tow services, and assist customers throughout their vehicle repair experience.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or sales experience, excellent communication, and strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a busy shop environment with ongoing training and team support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance policy.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim basics.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• May assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates of assignments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales and reconcile invoices as needed.
