Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems (e.g., MS Office).
• Capable of handling competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor center workload and assist with load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow operations to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of partner insurance requirements related to authorizations, billing and processes.
