Caliber is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Cary, NC center. You will greet customers and provide extraordinary service, coordinate rental car and towing services, and support load-level and insurance-related processes to ensure smooth center operations.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple software systems, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and load-level coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service at the center.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop customer support.
• Assist with insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
