The role includes greeting customers, delivering extraordinary service, and coordinating with Rental Car/Tow companies to ensure one-stop service while staying informed about insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems (Microsoft Office).
