Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the Riverside Service Center to greet customers and provide outstanding service while coordinating center workload. You will liaise with rental car/tow partners to deliver seamless service and develop knowledge of insurance authorizations, billing, and load-level procedures.

This role requires strong communication, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a production shop setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers, and work collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
