Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Oshkosh, WI to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the Repair Facility Team. You will coordinate with customers and insurers, schedule repairs using CCC One, and ensure accurate documentation and rental information is captured.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance companies while delivering administrative support.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and the scheduler with proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets including QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One and update rental details.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure entries align with CCC One records.
