Gerber Collision & Glass in Verona, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience during vehicle repair. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, handling all administrative tasks for the Repair Facility Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag indicators (R/NR/G).
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners via CCC One notes.
• Update CCC One with rental car information and usage.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
