Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin Portage is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners. You will support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks and communications.

The role emphasizes handling scheduling, insurance authorizations, and documentation in CCC One, ARMS, and related systems. A detail-oriented, fast-paced environment with a focus on service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative).
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One & Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
