Gerber Collision & Glass in Portage, Wisconsin seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers at our repair facility.

You will schedule repairs, process insurance communications, manage rental car coordination, and document updates in CCC One and ARMS; daily tasks require accuracy and strong communication.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in a related setting; a valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration or customer service.
• Knowledge of auto repair process and insurance communications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repairs and manage bookings using CCC One system.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Record communications with customers and insurers in CCC One notes.
• Coordinate car rental information and update ARMS/CCC One accordingly.
