Caliber Collision's Service Center Raleigh - Paragon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide extraordinary service. You will monitor workload levels, coordinate rental car arrivals, and liaise with insurance partners on authorizations and billing, ensuring a smooth, one-stop experience for all clients.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic software navigation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist internal and external customers with exceptional service.
• Monitor center workload and suggest load level adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
• Support a fast-paced production shop environment.
