Job summary

Caliber Collision Roanoke is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver exceptional service. You will monitor work volume, coordinate Rental Car/Tow services, and support insurance-related authorizations, billing, and load level processes in a fast-paced collision center.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple software systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced shop.
• Deliver personable, friendly customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor work volume and advise load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to offer one-stop service.
• Navigate insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Maintain knowledge of center operations and provide internal/external support.
