Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Iowa City is seeking a detail-oriented CSR to provide exceptional customer experiences and support the Repair Facility Team. You will manage appointments, insurance authorizations, and rental logistics while maintaining precise records in CCC One.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related work environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners using CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage information.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles appear in ARMS and CCC One.
• Execute WOW plan across daily tasks.
