Gerber Collision & Glass in Omaha, NE is seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, support administrative tasks, and help drive outstanding service at every touchpoint.

You’ll coordinate appointments, track rental needs, prepare repair orders, and communicate updates using CCC One and ARMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Previous customer service experience in auto/body environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, work orders, parts lists and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS daily to synchronize with CCC One.
