Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Iowa City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers during the repair process.

You will manage appointments, insurance authorizations, repair orders, and communications using CCC One and ARMS, requiring strong multitasking and attention to detail. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in a similar admin role is required.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurers.
• Schedule repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Obtain repair authorizations and prepare RO packets for repairs.
• Record communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One.
• Manage rental information and update CCC One occupancy and ARMS as needed.
• Coordinate ARMS and CCC One records for all vehicles.
