Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a detail-oriented CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Edmond, OK repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers, handling administrative tasks and coordinating repairs from intake to completion.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a similar admin role, and preferred auto body exposure. Valid driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC list, work order, parts list, windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm and update rental information in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS to reflect rental vehicles in CCC One.
