Gerber Collision & Glass in Edmond, OK is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners. You will handle administrative tasks, schedule repairs, and coordinate rental car information using CCC One and ARMS daily.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment. Valid driver's license and prior admin or service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative/ similar role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Obtain repair authorization docs for disassembly of vehicles.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm and update rental car information in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS daily to keep vehicles listed in CCC One.
