Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, coordinate with customers and insurance providers, and support the repair team with administrative tasks. You will schedule repairs, manage rental info, and ensure seamless communication throughout the process.

Requires a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year in a similar role; automotive environment experience is a plus. On-site position with competitive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all communications in CCC One and update rental information in system.
• Monitor ARMS to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
