Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance companies, coordinate appointments, and support the repair process from intake to completion.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in administration or customer service, with strong multitasking and sales-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of administration or office support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurers.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and related scripts.
• Obtain repair authorizations and assemble RO work packets.
• Record communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Manage rental car information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Monitor ARMS and ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
