Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. You will interact with customers and insurance partners, manage schedules, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar role, with a preference for auto body exposure. Valid driver's license required; multiple benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in administration or support roles is required.
• Must have strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient with basic office equipment and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Follow WOW Operating Way to ensure consistent service.
• Schedule vehicle repairs and manage insurance communications.
• Prepare repair orders and necessary documentation for authorizations.
• Log all customer and insurer communications in CCC One.
• Verify rental information and update CCC One with rental details.
• Monitor ARMS daily to keep it in CCC One.
