Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers. You will manage appointments, document communications in CCC One, coordinate rentals, and support the Repair Facility Team daily.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of admin or customer service experience, preferably in auto body environments. Valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of administrative/customer service experience preferred in auto body or similar environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills and proficiency with general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to align with CCC One records.
