Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced collision and glass service center. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorization, preparing repair order packets, documenting communications, and coordinating rental car info.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
