Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features and services.
• Suggest optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Offer directions and local information to customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via phone and in person.
• Assist with rental returns and communicate any vehicle issues to management.
• Support on-job training and company-sponsored development activities.
