Job summary

National Car Rental at Pensacola Airport is seeking a Temporary Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to provide friendly, efficient service and verify driver information to facilitate seamless rentals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining rental terms, offering upgrades and protection options, handling reservations, and assisting with returns. This temporary position may last up to 90 days and offers flexible schedules at Pensacola (PNS).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Temporary position and may work up to a maximum of 90 days during the defined season.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features and offer upgrades or protection products.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via phone or in person.
• Assist with directions, maps, local information, and other customer services.
• Notify management of any customer or vehicle problems and maintain safe operations.
