Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) for Raleigh-Durham Airport to provide friendly, efficient service and guide customers through the rental process. The role demands clear communication, product knowledge, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The position requires at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, a valid US driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work Thursday–Sunday or Friday–Monday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record in past 3 years (no DUI/DWI).
• Must live within a 45 minute commute of the rental location.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other services to meet customer needs.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, inquiries, and callbacks.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and maintain a reliable attendance.
