Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record as specified.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle options.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and information for customers and other branches.
