Job summary

Safelite Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Customer Advocate to be the first impression with our customers. You will greet in-shop customers, manage administrative tasks, and respond to inbound calls and emails to resolve issues.

This role emphasizes fast, friendly service, accurate work orders, insurance verification, and coordinating with the national center to keep repairs moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years telephone operations or business administration experience.
• Ability to provide world class customer service in a fast-paced operation.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls, e-mails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale and same-day reschedules/cancellations.
• Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification, additional parts and missing information.
• Process invoices, credit memos and rebills; manage deleted work orders.
• Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and accounts.
