Zusammenfassung

Safelite is seeking a Customer Advocate to be the first impression for customers, handling administrative processes, scheduling, work orders, and invoicing. The role includes greeting customers in person, answering calls and emails, and ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, faxes, and work orders; verifying insurance; handling invoices and rebills; and supporting dealer parts orders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years telephone operations or business administration experience.
• Ability to provide world class customer service in a fast-paced operation.

Aufgaben

• Greet in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly with creative solutions.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, and dispatch.
• Confirm and complete work order information including insurance verification and parts.
• Process invoices, work orders, and credit memos; rebills as needed.
• Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders.
• All other duties as assigned.
