Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate scheduling systems to track routes and optimize technician schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments to minimize driving time and suggest alternative routes as needed.
• Identify customer needs through listening and probing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database and document call outcomes.
• Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours and participate in quality assurance activities.
