Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time.
• Identify customer concerns and determine needs through active listening.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update call details.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
