Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Able to listen well, multitask, and stay organized.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems.
• Team player with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize driving time and distance and recommend alternative routes when appropriate.
• Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details, dispositions, payments, and results.
• Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customers’ privacy and proprietary information.
