Job summary

Caliber Collision Alpharetta is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process. The role supports Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking and photo documentation, while coordinating transportation and paperwork for repairs.

The position offers weekly pay with overtime, paid vacation, and strong opportunities for internal career growth within a production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance, respond promptly, and communicate clearly.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries while coordinating with customers, teammates and vendors.
