Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in a busy shop environment. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance while supporting collision estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking and photography.

You will arrange transportation, prepare paperwork and ensure smooth deliveries, communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to support accurate and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance and respond promptly.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Deliver completed repairs and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors.
