Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at the Fort Oglethorpe service center. Responsibilities include greeting customers, determining needs, and providing guidance, while supporting Collision Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.

You will arrange transportation, prepare paperwork, and handle customer deliveries, ensuring clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
