Job summary

Caliber Collision in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance and assistance as required.

You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork while communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs and adherence to SOPs.
