Caliber Collision in Union City, GA is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork.

This role emphasizes friendly, world-class service and effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance partners, while adhering to SOPs and industry guidelines.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.
