Job summary

Caliber Collision Gainesville is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance for repairs. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photography, and arranging transportation as needed.

The role offers day-one benefits, weekly pay with overtime eligibility, and opportunities for career growth within a production shop setting. Must be able to handle physical tasks and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs; bend, kneel, and reach.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, teammates and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to meet customer requirements.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork; perform active customer deliveries as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
