Responsibilities

• Navigate Windows-based & Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Identify customer concerns using listening skills and ask probing questions.
• Maintain customer database with accurate call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Support quality assurance processes and safeguard customer information.
