Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service visits.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time.
• Identify customer concerns and assess needs.
• Maintain accurate customer database including calls and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Support quality assurance initiatives.
• Protect customer privacy and proprietary information.
