Orkin is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist in Newnan, GA. You will handle calls to schedule service, coordinate routes for technicians, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. Training is provided, no industry experience is required to start a career with Orkin.

Formación

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and distances.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through probing questions.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information and call details.
