Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and routes.
• Identify customer concerns using listening and probing questions.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and safeguard privacy.
