Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments to minimize drive time for technicians.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through active listening.
• Maintain customer data with accurate call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Support quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy.
