• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and make outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through active listening.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including calls, payments, and results.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy.
