Qualifications

• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments
• Navigate a Windows-based and Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and recommend alternate routes
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning, and tailor solutions
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database and update call details and payments
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Participate in quality assurance and training programs
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information
