Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Harrisonburg, VA to provide top-notch service and coordinate pest-control visits. You will handle calls, schedule routes, and support technicians to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Training is provided and no prior industry experience is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate customer information and track call details in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
