Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate customer information and track call details in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
