Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process orders, and support store operations. You will handle cash, assist with financing, manage accounts, and help maintain accurate records to ensure smooth retail performance.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in-person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist with processing sales orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Manage customer credit applications and support financing arrangements; maintain account information.
• Handle cash and follow established procedures under supervision of the Office Manager.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues; escalate to management when needed and follow up.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks with documentation verification.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports for sales and office tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office tools efficiently.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
