Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service visits.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and propose alternative routes.
• Identify customer concerns and assess needs via active listening.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
