Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs
• Maintain customer database with call details and payments
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Participate in quality assurance processes
• Safeguard customer privacy and confidential information
